$250 · or $500 with 3D renderYou see the plan before you commit to the build. Detailed drawings for $250, or add a photorealistic 3D render for $500 so you can walk the space before it exists.

Permitting
We handle itWe pull the permits, file the drawings, and manage the back-and-forth with the county so your project is legal, inspected, and protected from day one.

Project Start
Deposit dueMaterials are ordered, the crew is scheduled, and ground breaks. You get a clear timeline and one point of contact who answers for the whole job.

Verified workOfficial inspections at each required phase. Nothing gets covered up until it has been checked — which is exactly how it should be.

About the Design Fee
