Any pricing shown here — including our design fee — is indicative and subject to change. Nothing on this website is a binding quote. A binding price comes only from a written estimate or contract signed by us for your specific project.

Consultations and design fees

Initial consultations are free. Design work is a paid service, and the details — including whether a fee is credited toward your project — are confirmed in writing before we begin.

No warranty for the website

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Warranties on the work we build for you are set out in your construction agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Legacy Living Builders isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under your construction contract with us.
